How do I request a new badge?
Replacement badges cost $5 (deducted from your paycheck) and may be requested by emailing Talent Arts at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What if I have a serious concern, such as harassment?
You may reach out to your supervisor, any member of leadership, or the Talent Arts team. If you do not wish to report internally, you can visit our confidential reporting system managed by a third-party provider, Lighthouse Services. For more information, see this flyer.
How do I access Paycom?
- Phone: log into the Paycom mobile app (download it from the App Store or Google Play).
- Computer: go to Paycom.com to login.

How do I update my phone, address, email, etc.?
How do I reset my Paycom password?
- Phone: on the Paycom mobile app, tap “Login Help” at the bottom.
- Computer: go to Paycom. Click “Forgot Username or Password?” in blue.
Note: Your username is the email you used to apply!
How do I change my tax deductions?
- Log into Paycom.
- Select “Payroll”, then “Tax Set-Up” and make any necessary changes.
- Click on “Sign and Update”.
