Perks: Free Meal
All Artists and full-time Home Care employees receive one free meal per shift! Lunch, served 11:00 am – 1:30 pm at the Employee Meal Window (campus map), has a salad/ soup option, as well as an entree. Dinner is provided by your supervisor if working the evening shift.
The Employee Meal Window is located on the first floor of Strickland Place in the hallway connecting to Asbury Place.
Perks: Wellness Center
Located on the 3rd floor of Corpening, Artists can use this space to improve their physical fitness with cardio machines, free weights, resistance bands, a massage chair, the exercise and lap pools, changing rooms, and more!
The Wellness Center is accessible by the Corpening elevators by the Book Nook, or through the Corpening main entrance (campus map).
Partners are required for swimming in the pool, as there is no lifeguard on duty. The Wellness Center is not open to family members or friends of employees.

Perks: Shopping
You may use your employee badge to make purchases at the following locations on campus:
- The Book Nook (Berrier)
- Gourmet Valet desk (Lakeside Dining, Berrier)
- The Village Gift Shop (Womble)
- Phoebe’s Gift Shop (Brock Court, Strickland Place)
Purchases will be deducted from your paycheck.
Angels (CNA) Bonus Program
Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) are very much appreciated by the residents of Arbor Acres. Because of this, the residents have put in place a reward program for CNAs in good standing. This bonus does not apply to those with a CNA license in other roles, or to those in Home Care.

The Residents’ Employee Christmas Fund Gift
For the past 40 years, Arbor Acres residents donate money to “The Residents’ Employee Christmas Fund” to show their appreciation for all that you do! The amount of money fundraised changes every year, and is added to your paycheck in the December time period. Unfortunately, this is not available to Home Care employees, who receive a separate bonus.
