We proudly share with our our Artist Spotlight for the month: Tracey, the fearless leader of our Security team!
"I started at Arbor Acres five years ago. I remembered thinking it was a beautiful community. I hadn't been doing security-type work for a couple of years. Being passionate about it, I took the opportunity to get back into my field and make a difference. This next year, I am hoping to get back into a fitness routine and complete a few professional certifications.
All our STEWARD values (Stewardship, Trust, Excellence, Well-being, Artistry, Respect, Diligence) are all significant for me. Stewardship is everything I do. I have Diligence in what I do. Trust and Respect are values we should all practice, earn, and expect all the time.
A lot of my favorite stories and memories are of good outcomes in a difficult situation. It is the overwhelming support of other staff members and residents who show up to help or just offer support when they have no obligation to. That is what makes this a great place to work. We are a family here, a community of staff and residents that have formed a large family. That is what makes the memories."
Between staying over nights and responding to various calls, Tracey's dedication is incredible and our community is stronger with her!
