OverviewAdvantage Program

The Arbor Acres Advantage Program lets individuals and couples in the Winston-Salem area become off-campus residents while continuing to live at home. With an entrance fee and monthly fee, Advantage members can access campus amenities, programming, and select resident services without making an immediate move. As available, they may also choose Arbor Acres for Medicare or temporary Skilled Nursing care.

As an off-campus resident, you’ll stay connected to the community without making an immediate move. You’ll also have added peace of mind for future care needs, as available.

AdmissionRequirements

Must complete a standard admission application specifying the desire for the Arbor Acres Advantage Program and preferred choice(s) of residential accommodation when on-campus residency is needed or desired. Must be capable of living safely and independently at home and meet all physical and health requirements to qualify to live independently in a residential (unlicensed) accommodation at Arbor Acres.
