Short Term and
On-going Care
Fountain Hill Home Care by Arbor Acres provides skilled, compassionate care, offering a suite of a la carte in-home services:
- Companion Care (4 hours min, up to 24-hour care)
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) care
- Transitional Care when recovering from hospitalizations or rehabilitation
- Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care
- Light housekeeping – making beds, washing dishes and daily straightening
- Laundry and linen care
- Pet care
- Meal preparation and delivery
- Assistance with daily hygiene needs – bathing, showering, and shaving
- Mobility assistance in and outside of the home

Fees
Fountain Hill Home Care by Arbor Acres has a 4-hour minimum for services, with varying fees depending on what level of care is provided (skilled nursing or companion assistance, for example). Medicare does not cover home-based assistance but long-term care insurance may cover some or all of the services provided.
For Arbor Acres Residents
Additional home care services are available to on-campus Arbor Acres residents. An Extra Hand is a non-licensed service that provides additional care to independent, on-campus Arbor Acres residents.
