“I joined Arbor Acres in March 2023. This community has a reputation for providing the highest level of care. I wanted to be part of a team that treats residents like family and goes above and beyond to improve their quality of life.
“I just transitioned into my nursing role from CNA. I am already enjoying it and am looking forward to continuing to grow my skills and provide the best possible care to our residents.
“Out of all the ARTIST values, ‘Truth’ is what resonates most with me. Being truthful ensures we provide safe, reliable care and create an environment where everyone feels respected and supported.
“I enjoyed working in Arborview (memory care) because it taught me patience, compassion, and how meaningful small moments can be. Some of my best memories are seeing a resident’s face light up when they remembered a song, shared a story, or just felt comforted by my presence.”
