Assisted Living at Arbor Acres
Our Assisted Living area provides a comfortable transition between Independent Living and skilled nursing care. Amenities are nearly identical to Independent Living with slight modifications to room design and layout that address issues of mobility and assistance in activities of daily living.
Medical and nursing services are exemplary, yet unobtrusive. Residents in Assisted Living have the support they need to live well while retaining their independence and dignity.
Recent renovations of the assisted living facilities in the Corpening Building offer residents new opportunities for recreation, fine dining, and access to the outdoors.
Residents who live in Assisted Living Level 2, located in the Fitzgerald Health Center, need a little more assistance, but are not ready for a move into Skilled Nursing.
Special Care
The Special Care wing is designed to meet the needs of residents who have Alzheimer's Disease or related disorders. Located in the Fitzgerald Health Center, this wing offers programs and an environment where residents with cognitive impairment are safe and secure.
